Pastor J. has been married to Erin since 2006 and they have 4 children: J.J., Grace, Justus, and Joy.
Pastor J. has a passion for the local church, believing that church is a ministry where we all need to be growing in our love for God and for one another in deliberate community. He believes that these things happen through discipleship, intentional Christian fellowship, and most of all the preaching of God’s Word.
Pastor J. is an active member of the BaYouCa camp board and he also serves on the council for Baptist Church Planters. He also is an avid outdoorsman. He loves hunting, fishing, hiking, canoeing, and competitive shooting
Pastor Patrick started serving at FBT in May of 2025. He spent four years studying Pastoral Studies and Biblical Counseling at Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, IA, graduating from there in 2019. Patrick has a heart for ministry and has served in many different capacities over the years. During his college years, he served his church as a youth leader and spent his summers working at Camp Bayouca as a counselor and program intern. Upon graduating, Patrick continued serving at camp by joining the year-round staff as the program director. Before coming to FBT, Patrick spent some time serving as an Associate Pastor in Michigan.
Patrick and his wife, Hannah, have been married since 2019 and have three energetic boys. As a family, they enjoy being outside, going for hikes and picnics, camping, and spending time investing in others. Both Hannah and Patrick have a passion for the local church ministry and being a light in their community.
